Our Interventionists
As an RBT, you are joining the MM family as a healthcare provider. The therapy that you deliver to your patient has been reviewed by the Clinical Manager, Clinical Director, insurance, and has received informed consent from the family.
Our registered behavior technicians (RBTs) are the ones that implement the programs developed by our Clinical Managers on a day to day basis. They are essential to the success of our patients.

Our Clinical Managers
As a Clinical Manager you are joining the MM family as a leader in our organization. You will work alongside our RBTs, Clinical Director, and administrative staff. At MM, we strive to decrease the amount of time you are completing paperwork or administrative tasks, so that you can focus on your patients and the science of ABA.
Our Clinical Managers (BCBA) and Assistant Clinical Managers (BCaBA) develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions for each patient assigned to them.

Our Facilitators
As a Facilitator, you are joining the MM family as a leader in our organization. You will work alongside Clinical Managers and Interventionist specializing in Social Skills. At MM, we strive to increase the exposure of the community to the science of ABA.
Our Facilitators will collect data to be analyzed by a BCBA to help clients increase social skills that will transfer into community settings.

As part of our initiative to #dobetter, we will teach you how to build relationships with your clients that let them know that you see them, you hear them and are there for them. We will help you learn their assent behaviors and how to manage assent withdrawal and non-assent behaviors. You will learn that building that relationship allows you to build cooperation over compliance. You will also learn how to be the bringer of joy!
