Family/Caregiver Training
Welcome to the Meaningful Milestones Family/Caregiver Training. This program will provide parents/caregivers with the knowledge and training necessary to understand ABA concepts and how to implement these concepts with your child. While many of these concepts are used throughout our practice, they will be individualized to your child’s abilities and needs. Meaningful Milestones is providing this service to support families that are not currently receiving services.
This is a private pay program. Based on the family’s needs, 3 tiers are provided to best serve families in our community. We will provide this service to those in the areas we serve.
Below are the tiers and descriptions of the services provided within each tier. Additionally, the price for each tier is included. This service will be provided on a month-to-month basis. The number of months each family should participate in training will be recommended following the assessment and will be individualized based on family needs.
An Initial Assessment will be required at the beginning of services and will have a one-time additional charge of $300. This charge can be dispersed over three months with the chosen subscription package. From there, each month, you can change the subscription package to best accommodate your and your child’s goals.

Initial Assessment
Completed by a Clinical Manager onsite with parent and child. Part of the assessment may include Direct Testing, Parent/Caregiver Interview, Observation. Assessment could last 2-4 hours. A written summary of findings and recommendations will be provided up to 10 business days after assessment has been conducted.

VB-MAPP
Vineland
Pearson Vocabulary test (PPVT5)
Expressive Vocabulary Test (EVT 3)
Monthly Consults
Online Consults: One of the company’s Clinical Managers will conduct an online session via Microsoft Teams. A webcam and microphone will be required. They will provide the real time training/feedback for 1 hour on skills that were agreed upon after assessment is completed. A written summary of the consult will be provided within 7 business days from the session.
Onsite Consults: One of the company’s Clinical Managers will come to your house or a location in the community and provide hands on training for 2 hours on skills that were agreed upon after assessment is completed. A written summary of the consult will be provided within 7 business days from the session.
Video Review
One of the company’s Clinical Managers will watch a recorded video that you submit to us via a confidential portal. A written summary/feedback will be provided within 7 business days from the session.
Online Modules
You will have access to dozens of modules designed for family education and training. These modules are online and self-paced.
